Ode to the Clairefontaine notebook

November 3, 2008

There are lots of stationery aficionados out there, folks who appreciate a fine pen stroke, nice paper and the like.  And that’s why we carry some of the best brands and styles available…for those who know their stuff, and for those who are interested in getting aquainted with the best. Our first place award for the highest quality paper in the world would be Clairfontaine.   Clairfontaine, in particular, has a unique smooth anti-glare finish;  it is acid-free, archival and thick enough so that ink doesn’t bleed.  It can stand up to the rigors of professional scribblers and writers.   Bestselling suspense author Jeff Abbott recently blogged about the notebooks:

What are your thoughts about these notebooks?  Any special style or size you like to use?  How long have you been using them?  What do you use them for? By the way, we are in the process of unpacking our latest order of Clairfontaine notebooks so within a couple of days we will have every style that we carry back on the shelves.
